I just moved to the area and believe in supporting my community so I went in yesterday and bought a small bag of dog food for my Service Dog and some other items. I had a good experience that day with the woman behind the counter even though I was fighting the onset of a severe panic attack. (I had my dog with me just in case.) Today I returned without my dog because the dog food I bought made her sick. The young lady would not give me a refund on the bag because it had been opened. The response was "we cannot resale the item after being opened." What part of made my dog sick did they miss? and how else was I supposed to know it would make her sick unless I opened the bag? So, I said don't you do write offs on situations like this? Of course the answer was no. SO DISAPPOINTED in their treatment of me that I left the FULL, OPENED bag in the middle of the floor...
Read moreWe went pass the store. Then we end up needing a trailer hitch ball so I said let's go back to that store we passed coming in. it was closed BUT we meet the employees walking out. They asked right away how can we help you. Husband end up talking to a very nice guy helped us finding the right size we need, GPS the place to send us. We thank them went on our way. The next thing we know the young man came to the store he sent us too just to make sure we found what we need. He even offered to take the part of his own truck to give it to us if the store did not have...

So..I opened the sliding door and loaded my own hay. Went round front to show I only took what I paid for. " yep, you got it". Response from fully ironed clothes cowboy " Bob". Spected more.
