I was very impressed with the new and updated warehouse, it was clean and well organized. I was amazed at the large and beautiful inventory that was present. We were shopping for living room furniture but the store had a large selection of furniture for every room in your home. If what you were looking for wasn’t in the store there was a large screen tablet that an employee can help navigate you to find what you’re in search of. We found the most beautiful living room set and they matched the price of another furniture competitor. I also received a “return customer discount”. My furniture came in early and I was told they delivered free of charge (many other stores charge for delivery). The 2 gentlemen that delivered my furniture today (one was Justin Maddox and I didn’t get the other gentlemen’s name) were on time, courteous/ polite, cleaned up all the trash plugged in each piece and made sure all pieces were working, ensured the furniture was exactly were I wanted it in my living room and that I was happy with it. The BEST part of my experience was the wonderful, kind and amazingly helpful employee that asked how she could assist us as soon as we walked into the store but yet didn’t “hound” us or follow us around the store......from that first encounter to after the delivery she has kept in contact to ensure everything was going as planned, answered ALL my questions and made sure I was happy with the outcome.....she even wanted pictures of my beautiful furniture once it was set up. ASHLEY, I cannot ever thank you enough. You went above and beyond any expectation that we had and always did it with a smile on your face, kindness in your voice and repeatedly asked how else you could assist us. A few years ago we had to have the pump replaced on our washing machine. The company making the repairs didn’t install the pump correctly. Needless to say our utility room, half bath, kitchen and master bedroom floors were damaged. Jeremy and Angie were recommended to us and we were so glad we listened to that recommendation! About a year ago my mom had water damage to her kitchen and dining areas. The group that repaired the floor didn’t remove all of the damaged floor and a couple months later the subfloor became very soft. We are now repairing the floor again. This time we are using Nolen Floors to replace her floor covering and we couldn’t be more happy. Jeremy and Angie are so easy to work with and have a huge selection to choose from.
