Everyone I've dealt with there has been great. And at first I was very impressed with how they ran things. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I tip big. But they keep changing things. Loyalty cards now have to be redeemed the day of your last punch. We should be able to use that card when we want. Within the yr. Then they use to swop out the free wax you get for a joint if you don't smoke wax. Now they don't. But gave me a free joint when i waited an hr the other day after check in. No problem. doesn't make very much since to me. Guess it wasn't for me to understand. But the disappointment I had when I realized this place is switching up things like all these shops do. The staff was great. I forget most names, but everyone there always treats me so nice. The gm Dylan was a little stiff, and uptight. Didn't really care to answer why they changed the rules, maybe he didn't know. I asked for an email where i could like leave a review. For like the hr department or something. He smirked an said no. I forget businesses today really dont care about how customers really feel, unfortunately. So I said I'd leave the review here then. miss when this place did business more personally. I tipped high because I felt like this place cared about its customers. An took care of us. It was the only shop that felt personal. Now it's getting to be basic rules an regulations. Might as well just go to any dispenser. If more businesses did things more personally and cared about what we think or want. We'd buy more. And stick with where we felt most comfortable. Love the place first time going in every where else was closed, my bud tenders Ali And Chelsea were awesome I'll definitely be coming back, but I wasn't able to tip them cause I tip in free weed usually a pre-roll but they said they can't cause of some policy, change the policy so I can tip properly and I'm willing to give everyone in there on the clock at the time a pre-roll. Yes I do it at other dispensaries, even dispensaries that don't share tips I have bought the bud tenders all a pre-roll, I'd like to do it here please, it would mean alot to me and the bud tenders plus I know other ppl would like it to, cause I'm not the only person who likes to tip like that. If your employees are good to you and the customers, you should be good to your employees and let the customers be good to your employees, its fair and right and good. Went shopping here with my Girlfriend and we used a coupon a member gave us last time we were here for $20 off $60. When we were checking out, my GF asked them to doublecheck the total and the Budtender insisted it was in. After leaving and looking at the receipt, the coupon didn’t apply so I call the store. The security guy answered and told me they would resolve it when I come back. I call back to double check again and he said that I’m not getting any money back. He said he looked into it, and everything rang up right. I told him that I have the receipt and it clearly wasn’t. So he starts getting upset with me and yells “Well then you’re going to have to come up here and prove it!” And with that I’m pissed off and driving up there. I open the door to “Sorry Man” and a half sorry handshake. He tells me he never looked into it and asked the Budtender who lied to him that they double checked.
