I had some good experiences in dealing with this company. Then I had one issue. How it was dealt with is what I'm writing about today. A couple of years ago I purchased a new seat assembly for my Ford 4000 tractor. I was so happy to finally replace the old rotted seat. A seat that lasted 30 years. I keep the tractor under cover normally but once in a while it sits outside because of large attachments and ongoing work. In these cases I cover the seat assembly to protect it from rain or condensation. I baby it. I got two seasons out of it. It spent a few days out in the sun while performing it's duties and it disintegrated. I have a $30 seat on an old 8n that has sat out uncovered far too often because of limited space in the shed. That seat is still in near perfect condition after at least seven years. If you purchase one of these seats make sure you never expose it to sunlight. I wrote Reliable and told them I understood that the seat was beyond warranty. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me with it. I was hoping for understanding and maybe a good deal on a new seat or seat cover, noting that the assembly was still in very good condition. You can see the paint still shines. The rep said it was beyond warranty and thanks for your understanding. I didn't understand and told her so. I said I would tell others about my experience. I was then contacted by her superior who told me that my request for assistance was "ludicrous" because I offered no documentation or photos. I wrote a very thoughtful reply including photos and then a follow up when she didn't respond. I've never gotten any response. Buyer beware!

Stay Away - No Integrity or Reliability! First off when the TS300 valve was installed hydraulic fluid was venting out the back. I took cylinder out and replaced damaged o-Ring(sourced and purchased on my $). I fixed it and advised them of the failure. I was subsequently informed that my warranty was void because I opened it up. Now after 4 months installed and snowblower now on tractor, the entire casing cracked on topside of cylinder! This is not me monkeying around, this is clearly a manufacturing /moulding process failure(ask any engineer/mechanic) But hey because I changed one rubber O-ring and got it working myself the warranty still remains void! Buyers, a company doesn't sustain itself by good product alone, it's their customer service and big picture integrity which raises it to a higher level and dependability. Ultimately, "unreliable" has neither and did not want to spend another $35 for the part which I paid $93 for. The only way to effect change is to show them that trust is earned through action, I will only use sellers whose clients have indicated they can be trusted when your need their assistance in rectifying a failed part shipped by them. Reviews clearly indicate "unreliable" fails to meet this need. Thanks for taking the time to read this and Merry Christmas

Also the bottom yoke is too tight to go over the lift arm. You only list a small number of parts for the 135 with a 3cyl Perkins gas engine, I would have thought you could at least get it right. Now for a $65.00 part, I have to make it fit because quality control can’t read a caliper ( Lift arm .642”, new yoke .527” original .662”) new yoke should be .660” minimum.

Every part I order for my Massey Ferguson 135 is wrong. It can’t be because I ordered the wrong part number, you only listed 1 carburetor for it, too small would not bolt up. Sent several pictures of a part I needed along with the type of tractor I had. I asked for help in locating the correct part. I was told that I would need to get the manufacturer part number from my local dealer. I asked if they had a list of part numbers that might work for my model tractor and was again told they needed the manufacturer part number.

I'm not sure why a local dealer would be able to get that information, but a parts dealer can't. If I called an auto parts store, I can just give a description of the vehicle and the part I need and they would be able to get the part for me. They wouldn't ask me to go to the dealership for the manufacturer part number.

Their website says "Can't track down a part that you need? Our expertly trained customer service staff is here to track down that replacement part for you." Yet they can't find a common part for a common tractor with pictures of the part needed. This place is a joke.

I contacted Cross Creek Tractor with the exact same email and they were able to get me a part number without any additional questions. The price was the same, but I had to pay an extra $20 for shipping. However, Cross Creek's part is made in America.

Edit to respond to owner's response: Not only were there pictures, but I provided the year, make, and model. Your website says "Have a question... One of our many knowledgeable team members will be glad to assist you." Your website also says you're a member of the National Tractor Parts Dealer Association.

Cross Creek Tractor is also a distributor, but they can actually help you find a part without the exact model number. If you don't know much about them as you state, I would suggest looking into their business model as they're...

Garbage seller, order placed Apr 19, 2024 at 1:36 PM even on the 25th, no tracking, stupid excuses lack of responsibility taking I placed 3 other orders with 3 other sellers and all items arrived and 2 days alter still no tracking. I am extremely dissatisfied. " 23rd Hey what is is going on with the shipping!? no tracking? Did you ship it? Just be up front with me what happen? " 24th This order has an Estimated Delivery Date of Apr 24, 2024 - Apr 29, 2024 in eBay and will be shipping shortly. Tracking information will be provided through eBay when this order ships Thank you AJ

24th Apparently you have no control of a reasonable shipping time of items you sell so cancel and refund my money i will be purchasing it elsewhere. Every single other thing for the customer arrived already and you have not even shipped the item. What kind of flim flam are you running? If there is a reasonable explanation, without canceling you can provide it, and I will stil laccept the item from you but thus far it is completely unreasonable.

24th We ship in the time frame given on every ebay listing. This time frame is there prior to ordering as well as after the order is placed. Ebay gives us a ship by date and time frame to ship to meet this deadline. This order would have shipped on time and arrived within this time frame.
