We love The Coastal Club. We moved here from the Jersey shore four and a half years ago and have said many times, it’s the best move we ever made. Having read some of the reviews here I would just like to set the record straight: despite how our community is being portrayed, The Coastal Club is Not a resort. It’s a beautiful, diverse residential community of 630 privately owned homes with great amenities and wonderful neighbors. Some residents live here part time but the vast majority of us live here year round. That being said we do have a small percentage of homeowners who choose to rent their homes for both short and long term rentals, something they are perfectly within their rights to do. The problem is, many of the rental homes are being aggressively marketed on several real estate sites in a way that leads people to believe we are a vacation resort. We are not. We have some great amenities such as our Lighthouse club which we regard as the heart of our community. This includes our clubhouse with food service, tennis courts, a large indoor lap pool, two large outdoor pools, one of which has its own swim-up bar, and even a large water slide for the kids. These are amenities that we homeowner paid a large sum to join when we built our homes and continue to pay thousands of dollars in dues year round to maintain.
We have no problem with people renting homes and spending their vacation time enjoying our community but I would just like it to be known this is not a timeshare, a hotel or a vacation resort as it’s being advertised. It is a residential community and it is our home. All we ask of our guests is to treat Coastal Club and it’s residents who live here with respect while you enjoy your...

Very nicely decorated, with several large seating areas. 2 pool tables, a long hand shuffleboard table, multiple big screen TVs, 6 high top tables and a beautiful long bar that seats 18! Dining tables and chairs that seat approximately 50ppl. There's also a manned reception desk when you first come in the Clubhouse, and what looked to be a well-equipped gym on the opposite end of the building.
Residents of the neighborhood can dine here 5 - 9 p.m., and also book private parties in this beautiful space. Summertime when the pool is open, the grill runs providing meals and snacks midday...
Read moreCLUB HOUSE??? Not everything is available at all times & there was no prior knowledge of this. Bar & Restaurant not open during the week. Outdoor pool is very crowded & no seating was available. It's possible the cause is the indoor pool is closed for about 3 hours mid day for a clean & class. Again information was not given. We also attempted to call the number on the website , it was the property manager not the front desk of the clubhouse. We had to drive & ask all these questions just to be let down by these schedules I wouldn't buy the week pass, not worth it. Just get your day pass when u decide to go. We barely used ours for...
