Worst electrical company to ever deal with..The Pre charge to just come out and troubleshoot your problem and then send out an inexperienced tech to try to solve my problem only to not find the problem and when 2 hours was up it was time to stop and haggle with the “boss man” about another couple hour block of troubleshooting to keep looking for the issue when in fact the issue was an outlet that I in fact ended up replacing and fixed my problem in which the tech addressed but didn’t acknowledge the fact that the outlet itself was causing the whole issue and just passed it by and kept searching for my issue when in fact nothing got solved! Be aware of who you contact and use for your electrical services for future reference! Horrible experience! No experience and the money they charge is for a lot of experience which just isn’t there at all! Go...

Tech was nice and friendly, however when he showed up, he did not have any wiring with him which was the problem. He repaired the problem using my old wiring in the attic and used a few wire nuts out of his truck. He was on my premises for 1 hour total. I was billed for 3 hours of labor because they bill from when they leave the shop until they get back. It only takes 23 minutes according to Google maps to get to my house from the shop.Also they bill for travel costs. So I paid hourly for travel and then travel costs on top of that of $36. Is that even legal? Also billed $10 for the materials used, which again was a few wire nuts. I even gave the tech a bottle of water before he left because it was so hot in the attic he was...

This company also rents out trailers on a plot of land they own. One of his trailers came open for rent so my friend who lives in the trailer park told me about this trailer for rent. My girl and I drove to the business (because they don't answer the phone when you call) and found out that it's a NO PET situation and I own a Chihuahua/Pug mix. Very disappointing! I was highly let down. Dogs and cats have a soul just as we do. If everyone is going to deny pets then where are they supposed to live??? That poor little soul has the right to live under a warm roof just as we do! It's not fair. So this electric company probably is a good company but their getting ONE star and ZERO...
