We ordered and installed our sauna to find out the Harvia heater didn’t work. Customer service told us 4 business days ago that they believe it was the timer and that they’d send a new timer. They are in no hurry to send us our replacement part. We’ve called and left voicemails (no return calls) and asked via email to give us an update, tracking number, etc and the latest we’ve heard was “it should ship out any day”. We spent a lot of money (and time building it) for it to not work. It’s very frustrating!!! Having worked in customer service for many years now, I can confirm this company isn’t showing any desire to ensure customer satisfaction….once they received our money. It’s incredibly disappointing. When customers invest thousands of dollars in a product, especially when they have plenty of other options, you’d expect the company to stand behind their product and make it right. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

I just kept the last one and dealt with it. After 2 yrs the control bored fried and almost caught fire. This unit was professionally installed by a licensed electrician. Proceed with caution.
