We bought potato sausage links, green Chile links, and regular smoked links. Green Chiles are very good, the potato sausage and regular smoked sausage are excellent. Terrible! We Had a hog cut and wrapped. Bacon is so overwhelming with salt can't even eat it, looks as if we got about 1 side of Bacon. Links, Only thing you can taste on the links is smoke no other flavors, Waste of $ and time probably could of done the processing better myself...
