Snowy Lanes — Local services in Lewistown

Extremely Unpleased. I was in town visiting just trying to play a quick game or 2. I had called earlier and they had mentioned league night but that they could get me on a lane for a little bit so I went on in. Greeted by a different staff member that made me feel unwanted and unhopeful I would be able to play at all. I said I would grab a beverage and wait to see if anything opened up. Immediately was turned down a beverage with 2 forms of identification, I do look young but I am nearly 30. I could have gotten my passport in my vehicle but honestly with how both interactions happened in a matter of minutes I was happy to take my business elsewhere. I’m a big advocate in supporting small lanes and businesses as I travel to a large amount of small towns across the state but it’s frustrating as a customer, who was very nice and simply just wanted to bowl a couple rounds with a beer, to give business to a place that makes you feel so unwanted. I’m sure it’s a great spot for locals and maybe I just caught them on the wrong night but this was my brief experience...

Came to Snowy Lanes for a get together for a Birthday Party for my granddaughter. In the years 1972-1979 I was a teen back then. My family and I moved to Lewitown from Calif. I bowled many times with friends in HS. I came back for the first time tonight. Sense moving away I love it ! It all new. The lighting is so bright. So nice open spaces plenty of tables and chairs . The staff was awesome. It was a perfect place to have friends get together...

Not much to really expect from a bowling place in a small town. But it gets the job done. The prices aren't too awful but they are a little higher then ones in a bigger city. But all in all it's...
