Tl;Dr: Edible Perfections is perfect! The cake was awe inducing and the most beautiful, perfect cake that could be made.

Full version: Our experience with Rachana was fabulous right from the onset. She suggested that the cake size we initially chose may be too big for us and thus we downsized which really made sense. She kept us informed throughout the process to make sure both the parties are on the same page to avoid any surprises later which we really appreciate because with such a thing, you cannot afford any surprises. Now coming to the cake itself, it was sooo beautiful. You could see the perfection in it - it was made so immaculately. Everyone who saw the cake was in awe of it and asked where the cake was ordered from. The cake on the inside was not too dense nor too hollow - it was just perfect! And it tasted sooo good.

I have to mention how good a person Rachana herself is because not only did she put the cake herself in the car and gave me all the instructions I needed but also came out from her house when she saw I was still parked there 2-3 mins later.

I would highly recommend her and I don't think you could get a better...

Our family planned my mother a party for her milestone 80th birthday. I had a chef for her birthday cake lined up but at the last minus she had a family emergency. She referred me to a fellow chef colleague that I was very skeptical of her culinary skills even after viewing her very beautiful Instagram page.

I said, “ok, I can tell her work is meticulous and neat but how does it taste?” I went ahead and contracted her to make a specific flavor of cake that my mother wanted…..strawberry cake with pineapple curd filling. I knew this combo was delicious because I had it at my own wedding over 20 years ago. Chef Cherry was leery of the combination as well but trusted me and made the cake.

My mothers name is Daisy & her theme was “Denim, diamond, & daisies” so the cake was rightfully styled. It was beautiful but more noteworthy was the taste!!!! It tasted soooo good, like a homemade cake. The pineapple curd was the bomb!!! It certainly made me go back down memory lane to my own wedding cake.

So recently, my neighbor sent us some of her son’s birthday cake. The cake looked so tempting, I took a bite.... then I took another and then another and in no time I polished off an entire slice of a 3 layer cake. The next day, I asked my neighbor where she bought the cake. To my surprise, ( thinking back I don’t know why I was surprised ), I found out it was from Edible Perfections. The owner and I have been friends for a long time and I know that she makes amazing cakes. You know how good something is when you blind taste it and can’t stop eating. She makes all the cakes on her own. She is an amazing person who has built her business from scratch and her success comes from her passion to serve her customers from her heart.
