When we moved to this rural area on the lake, my fear was poor to no Internet service. Walnut Hill Communications was just adding High Fiber Optic Internet to this area when we moved here. Decent internet speed. But I was billed for 2 months on my first bill. And the contract I signed didn’t mention it. I never spoke to anyone from the company other than the local office and she didn’t mention it. So now I’m surprised with a $200 bill for the first month.. if it was mentioned I would’ve been prepared for it. So if you can do not use this company. Go somewhere else.
