DG Market — Local services in Lexington

The employees of this store are great so I don't want this low score to reflect on them. For a new store this place has a ton of problems. The coolers are always broken. They have condensation on the floor that they seem to be trying to clean up with cardboard which is just making a bigger mess. The coolers not working are causing the fresh food to look not so fresh. I don't understand why a Dollar General would invest so much money into building the store in our community and then let it fail so badly. Dollar General is just further proving that they're a horrible Corporation. You always have to check your tags versus what they charge you at the register and if you look it up the corporation has a big lawsuit for deceptive pricing. The employees here are doing a good job even though they're paid little to nothing and corporate just leaves them hanging with this garbage pile of a store. Everything about it is awesome but you can't have a market and coolers not work. What a disappointment for the people living in this...

I won't be going back. They charged a dollar more than what was posted for the strawberries, and I bought bananas that were green....it's been one week today since I bought them, and they are still so green that the peeling won't begin to come off. Scary...whats happening to...
