I had a blow out at dusk and managed to coast into JC’s I walked in and two young girls were at the counter and I was thinking They probably can’t change a tire Hannah a petite pretty blonde speaks up and says”I’m a deal mechanic I can help you Let me go ask my manager” What just happened? To make a difficult situation a great experience is exactly how I felt Hannah and others from the store assisted and a wonderful teacher or Former teacher of ROTC at White Knoll HS assisted with this blow out My vehicle is a 2023 GMC DENALI with the tire hidden underneath the vehicle Getting the tire to drop down was time consuming Mind you I did call AAA WHEN I arrived at JC’s A guy named Kevin called back about an hour later and said he was in Saluda I was in Gilbert on 378 and the tire was already replaced and we were saying our goodbyesTo say the least I was very lucky to have wonderful caring individuals that evening BTW it was 5:55 pm when I coasted into JC’s They closed at 6 pm and no one complained at all and would not accept a monetary tip If you have not shopped here they have every thing one could ever need for a gift for anyone in your family Promise! I deleted my first review of this place because I wouldn't feel right if I didn't do so. The owner, his wife,and countless others blessed so many people in the community with hot meals, hot showers, laundry services, and great fellowship in a crucial time of need. Hurricane Helene took a major toll on our lives. Chris Veronee, his wife, and volunteers put others before themselves and did what they could to lift their spirits and supply them in need. Nice place to shop good variety but I do have an issue with some of the help in that they don't really know their products and they don't know what you're looking for when you tell them. Went in aspirin for some flex tight once and the three young teenagers they had working there no one even knew what it was. Just let them know that is glue that you put your veins on your arrows with. Probably we'll go back in the future but we'll just find what I need on my own. The prices are a little higher than you would find a lot of places but you would expect that in a small independently...
