Now I get a response that is claiming this is not what happended and flat out calling me a liar. I called the service tech looked up my machine that I bought and serviced there. I asked how much for a PTO Clutch for my machine and how long would it take to install. The technician said let me look up the part and he will call me back. At no time was I told to bring in my machine so they could see it first. Why would they need to see my machine that they sold me and they serviced? My wife was sitting right next to me and she even called the next morning and was waiting for a call back. She was called back today and told them we had it fixed elsewhere already. What a big joke. Dont like the review so smear the person who posted the review. Great work in customer service NERDS owner. At no time did the technician say anything about having to bring the machine in. Listen to your recordings. I will be waiting for an apology for claiming I am lying. $13,000.00 and buying one of their largest mowers with extras does not earn you a return phone call. I called Friday morning and talked to service about the clutch going out, and when could they get parts, how much would it cost, and when could they repair my machine. My wife even called Saturday morning. Now, Tuesday still has not called back. I ended up at Greenscapes Saturday afternoon AFTER HOURS. They called 10 minutes later and said it was ready. The switch had gone out and was replaced. So Nerds can't even return a call for one of their own customers that has spent a lot of money with them. I went to Nerds looking at Bad Boy Tractors, met with Justin. He showed me the various tractors in the Bad Boy lineup. Wasn't really looking to buy that day but Justin just made the experience pleasant and price was better than any of the competitors so it was hard to walk away without purchasing. I ended up getting a 3026H with Backhoe and a Box Blade. I told him my trailer wasn't big enough to haul the tractor, he said no problem they would deliver it to me. Called them about picking up and repairing my Bad Boy mower bought elsewhere and they were friendly and told me someone would call me about picking it up. No call after 2 days so I called back first person I talked to was off but was told they would be sure and have somebody call me back to arrange for pickup. Well 3 or 4 days later no response!
