One of the worst and most confusing experiences I've had for ordering products. I tried to place an order with Mike for three different lights over four times. At first I was told it was just a quote, then I was told the order had been placed by accident. Then was told the order was never placed. Then when he finally produced an order sheet weeks later, Mike got several pieces of information wrong.
