The Keeneland Shop — Local services in Lexington

They have so many nice things to choose from to help remember your trip. For things for yourself or a small child or grandchild. They have a little bit of everything and all of it seemed very good quality products. The shop was full of people and very difficult to move around so I would recommend to shop there as early in the day as possible before the races start to help avoid the crowds. One very nice lady that works there I think her name was Shirley, was very helpful and went out of her way to check in the back area for some things that had just come in that we were looking for. She has a heart of gold. Actually everyone we met that works at Keeneland was so polite and helpful, it was a joy to be there the whole week. Can't wait to go...

Beware!! Bought many of the shirts they had to offer. Washed and dried them exactly as they are printed. They all shrunk at various levels. I asked them if they had problems with this and their response was “Cotton shrinks ”. Yeah? Not that fast. In other words, they don’t care that their overpriced merchandise is crap. Just like their parent company, all they care about is your money. Go elsewhere. Get a decent shirt. Go on eBay for their trinkets. They are not worth the money. And, I spent thousands in there. Do NOT go to the shop at Keeneland- they cheated us!!! While one sales lady seemed to be very nice and told us places to go - the other lady overcharged us for our merchandise. My husband was buying a sweatshirt that they told us was 30% off. We discovered later they had charged us the full price. We were charged $22.50 plus tax over!!! We called to try to get them to credit our card at their end but they said they couldn’t. So we had to take time out of our vacation to drive CLEAR back to this shop to get our...
