This place lacks staff professionalism and training! Don’t catch yourself in this place after 1am because the rude loaders apparently run the show and refuse to do their jobs! Cannot multitask whatsoever at a job that requires them to!!! Why should a driver have to wait over 2 hours to get a loader to get a container on to a Chassis?!?! And after trying to get the loaders attention as a driver the loader’s unprofessional behavior, to just drive past a driver rudely beeping the horn as to show that he is not going to do his job. WHAT?!?!? As if drivers doesn’t have time that is about to run out! Instead the loader is playing a game of bully and refusing to assist a driver. This is all coming from a loader that is employed to assist drivers and practice safety on the job at all times! Obviously not this loader though! After calling the office to inquire on this issue and to speak to someone that could provide proper service, this loader goes and helps another 2 drivers that had also been waiting over 2 hours to get their containers and purposely leaves me to continue waiting to suit his ego! These places demand that drivers follow all yard rules and follow safety. Shouldn’t this be mandatory for their staff to do as well? It is beyond ridiculous and unnecessary for a place of high importance like this to have staff representing them so poorly. I have been searching for a corporate number or email to contact but have had no luck. So I’m going to include the pic of the rude & unprofessional loader here because if I can’t get to corporate, they can at least see it here. (Date 12/08/2023 Time of...

Because we need more cranes out here! And then there are no signs or markings to indicate a location. If they say B5 slot 16, ok cool. I gotta map but for everyone else Who doesn’t have a map, there are no signs to know where B5 is or where slot 16 is. There are NO numbers anywhere! The only way to know is to get a map, that will help with the area you need to be, but to figure out what slot, you need to ask other drivers what slot are they at. Once you get close to your slot, you then have to get out your truck and look for your container. Once you find it, park by that slot. Then wait 2-3hrs for the crane to come. When the crane starts making his way to you, don’t hesitate! Get out and tell him where your container is or they’ll just drive right by you. Good Luck because...
