We wanted to love this place, but unfortunately it fell a little short. We are Florence locals and my dad took my 4 year old in for haircuts and a beard trim. Customer service was GREAT. Super friendly. A little language barrier but that’s fine. But sadly the haircuts were lacking. Big chunks missed, extremely uneven lines, etc. the barber seemed uncomfortable and like he wasn’t sure what he was doing. We are so bummed because they’re so close, friendly and a decent price!

Excellent service by Melissa. Drove in and she literally took so much time with my husbands haircut and beard shave. Highly recommend. We are from Austin and will be back for this great service!!!
