We wanted to love this place, but unfortunately it fell a little short. We are Florence locals and my dad took my 4 year old in for haircuts and a beard trim. Customer service was GREAT. Super friendly. A little language barrier but that’s fine. But sadly the haircuts were lacking. Big chunks missed, extremely uneven lines, etc. the barber seemed uncomfortable and like he wasn’t sure what he was doing. We are so bummed because they’re so close, friendly and a...
