Fit Zone 11 — Local services in Liberty Township

Just WOW, what an experience. Let me 1st tell you Ive had my day in college football back in 2013 at Otterbein University. Ive always been invested in health and wellness. Im someone who would bring value and attention to a small business like this one. On Sunday Jan 22nd I requested to see this facility to possible become a member. I talked to a person by the name of Mandy (owner) . She stated she would meet me at 3pm to see the facility. Keep in mind during our conversation she seemed very agitated and irritated that she had to come see me. Upon arrival Mandy asked if I would like to join as I responded I would like to see the facility 1st and try it out before I become a member. After this response she became more irritated and stated she left her family to come see me. I was very taken back by how she treated me as A new customer. This is by far the worst customer experience i’ve ever had in my entire 30 years of living. I was transparent with her and explained to her I was a little taken back on how she’s communicating with me, she then responded you’re not going to tell me how to talk in my own gym, I left my family for this, we don’t need your business clearly. Keep in mind you there was not one other single person in this gym/2 car garage that you could call and Gym. You could’ve sworn this lady had 67 different gyms across the United States. I’m not even sure you could call this a gym, it was just a two car garage in the middle of nowhere! Please please please do not ever go to this gym as it will be a complete waste of time not only in equipment but even more importantly as a customer. These are not the type of people you want to give your money to. Regardless of what I will say this small business will be going out of business here shortly because no successful business communicates with there customers in this manner!!
