Hot Dog Cart Company — Local services in Liberty Township

I bought a cart from them a few years ago. They didn't put the correct drains in the sink compared to what the photo showed. When I got my cart home I noticed it. When I tried to contact them about getting the correct drains put in they would not answer my calls when I tried using a different phone number so my phone number did not pop up on caller ID He would hang up on me when I said who I was. Lucky for me I work in a tool and die company so I was able to make stuff that the health department would finally approve. I can't even count how many times I cut my fingers wide open when I was cleaning the cart just on the sharp edges of stainless steel that they left. The burners in the so-called steam table would burn everything because there was no steam tableit was just burners directly on the bottoms of the pans no steam table. $300 later I was able to have a friend of mine make me a stainless steel steam table that seems to work rather well with no issues. they should have made something like that to begin with. It was nearly impossible to monitor the temperatures with what they had. The heater on there hot water tank would either be scalding hot or cold there was no temperature control on that. I'm hoping people read these reviews before they purchase something from them. I've never been so disappointed in my life. This was in 2017 that I bought it so I'm hoping since then they either have new owners or new management that feel that customer service is a priority. If they don't like my negative post or my negative comments maybe they should call and make it right with me or what it cost me to fix all...

Frustrated , poor workmanship , leaks , problem after problem , from the floor to the ceiling , panels are separating from the frame everywhere , the floor is popping and lifting everywhere , we spent 14 thousand on their top of the line enterprise model and I'm more than disgusted every day we work on it , already had to do away with the so called steam table , water pump , leaks everywhere , thank god for flex seal the roof exhaust is nothing more than a attic roof vent , fryer puts black oily soot over everything no matter how many times we clean it , I could go on and on but , by now you should...

I'm totally disgusted.. Tried to order one of the 3 Gladiator Hot Dog Carts posted on E-bay. Apparently, they are no longer available and to order one from company, I must wait 3 months!! After speaking with company, he says; " Oh we have to update with E-bay".. That should have been done as soon as last one was bought.. You're SORRY is...
