The ladies in the store are great and very friendly and helpful, BUT the installation crew is the worst!! We are still finding things they broke during installation. I understand that they had to move some items of furniture, and we know they can't be held responsible, but least they could have done is tell us they broke something. We just now discovered all their garbage ( carpet padding shreds) shoved into our cold air returns. So we had junk filled air returns, broken TV stand and a shattered universal power supply.I DO NOT recommend anyone to use their services. We now have a different company coming in May to do our steps and second floor. I guess I should have read the reviews before I called them...

I have been a customer of Snyder's since they opened in Bettsville. I must say they have always been great to do business with Bob always treated me well and Ron has carried the tradition on as well he is definitely filling is Dads shoes. They go above and beyond what a customer would ever expect, I would and will recommend them to others. They are a service oriented company. From the ladies in the store to Jed who installed carpet over a holiday weekend and did phenomenal work very well done I appreciate him very much very helpful and courteous just an awsome person. This business is awful. They measured completely wrong, brought the wrong laminate. Had my old carpet ripped up for two weeks. Said they would call for an install time after four. Called me the day before at 4:00 to say they would be at my house the next day at 9:30 knowing my husband works nights. Their install crew were the dirtiest people I have ever seen, brought food and drinks in my house and left their trash on my sink. And the first time they came they were over two hours late.
