I’m only giving this place two stars because the owner was good at communicating via texts or calls and because she gave me a partial refund to my complaint of the experience. I think the other reviews must be from family friends because this place is in no way a 5 star experience. I had a surprise party planned for my husband there. I thought it would be a great way to be able to catch up with friends and yet have games and activities. First red flag was the owner showing up at the exact time we were scheduled to be there. Meaning she had to unlock the door with all of standing outside. Once she did that she had to turn on the lights. Turn on the gaming system, didn’t know where the power cord was to the air hockey. Keep in mind the air hockey table looked like it came for a yard sale. There was was only one pool cue that a had a tip on it the rest were broken. Most games weren’t downloaded to the gaming systems and a lot were missing from their boxes. She left the store to be run by a couple of teenage sons that were of no help to my husbands group. The wireless controls were not charged so they had to plug them in with the wires which kept falling out. The concept of this place is good if things there...

Had my sons birthday party here. The space was ok nothing big but most of the game systems didn’t work. Out of the 6 plus xboxes one worked. The ps4 had no games installed so you had to wait hours to play them. The communication with the owner was horrible. They stated a certain price months in advance and then day off want to charge additional. This place was recommended by family but it a total rip off. The money you spend here you can throw you kid a party at a bowling alley or a actual gaming location like Dave and busters. For parties/gatherings this is not the place. Ps you can tell the 5 star ratings came from owners friends...

It's was a nice experience.... It has alot of games too play.... It was off the chain will be coming back again.... It was my first time going.... My neighbor wanted me to try it out.... I give it 5 stars because it reminded me of been back home in the clubs because music was playing while people sing along with mic.... If you looking for a chill out place and great vibe try it...
