Aces Tires — Local services in Liberty

Dropped it off one morning earlier than opening time. Had to change the wheels off of my truck since my wheels were to wide. Changed them into stocks, in order for the stock wheels to fit on the alignment machine. I called a couple of times throughout the day to check on it. He stated that it was done and had asked me if I wanted him to put my wheels back on, I said yes that would be great. Few hours later, I get back to the shop, and my wheels hadn’t been put back on, so I then had to change my wheels again. I then paid for the alignment and started to drive down the highway, when I noticed my truck hadn’t been touched at all. There was so alignment made and my steering wheel was still crooked as before. I then turned around and noticed that my truck hadn’t been pulled straight forward from where I’d parked it that morning. I talked to him about it and he had nothing to say other than that it all lined up on the machine. I then asked for a refund. He stated that I would have to wait until the following week when his co worker was in to work the card machine. He was able to take my money, but couldn’t give me a return. Big Thank you to Aces Tires! My pregnant wife was about 30 minutes from home when her tire blew. Luckily it was right by this shop! She was able to walk over to the shop and ask for help. The guys walked over with their tools and changed the tire for her right there on the side of the road! They were able to get her back up and going before I, or roadside assistance could get to her. They refused any sort of payment, so I figured I had to at least give them a review...
