We've been vendors here for around 28 or 29 years and try very hard to please people. During this time, the festival has grown so much in many ways. I make it a point to talk with my customers and get feedback for each show going forward and, more often than not, it is usually positive! However, I must agree with most that the admission price is too high but, if one saves their leaflet for the next show, there is quite a savings when bringing a guest which offsets that cost. The festival receives high praise from shoppers when being compared to another well-known show with people being much more satisfied with Liberty. I would recommend more "resting" spots tho because it can be quite challenging for some to complete their treasure hunt. It truly is a hunt and there will always be something here for everyone! And, yes, it's miserable if it's raining in the pasture but that's what happens in NC sometimes. It usually won't stop us "die-hards". We just...
Read moreLiberty Antiques Festival is a wonderful event for everyone that love true antiques. There is so much to look and discover. There is an entrance fee. Some vendors take credit card but I do recommend to carry cash just in case. There is an atm machine near the entrance. Plenty of free parking available. Handicap parking available near the entrance and is a large area. I notice people driving scooters without difficulty. Pets are allowed in the event. You will find food vendors available in several areas of the farm. This is an outdoor event so come prepare for the weather. Porta-potties are available. Today is the last day of the event. Next event will be last weekend on September 27 & 28 2019. This event is good for the entire family . Will recommend to bring a carry on to comfortable carry your shopping good and dont forget a trailer to haul big items. Weare comfortable shoes.Have fun! Remember last...
Read moreGood show that’s slowly being crashed by management. Vito is pushing dealers out of the place and it shows by the amount of empty spots, makes no effort to fill empty spots by raising the price to last minute dealers, more and more dealers are leaving because of price increase. Why is the entry cost still $10 when so many spaces are empty? Got there 45 minutes early & waited all the way out to the end of the road, why did I get here early if they weren’t going to let you park and wait online? ⅓ of the show is flea market/garage sale stuff. Those items shouldn’t be allowed at an antique show. There are signs that say no pets allowed but many shoppers and vendors had pets with them. No enforcement on this issue. Suggestions: 1)Fair pricing for dealers 2)Let shoppers park and lineup as they get there. 3)No pets means no pets. The only exception would be service dogs. Or get rid...
