My wife and I purchased a love seat and ottoman the first part of December. Unfortunately, the loveseat itself was outgassing so much so that our living room smelled of the odor. My wife could not even sit in the loveseat without getting a headache and sinus congestion. When my wife called to return it, the owner was not obliging. My wife told him he should honor his return policy. Finally , he agreed. However, as life would be busy we did not call them w/in the 10 day return policy , but were a few days over..
