tractor supply in glenpool provided the worst retail experience I've encountered in two decades, thanks to Rebecca and other managers.

first I'm sold a generator that didn't even last 2-3 months. then I have to spend 4 months trying to get it warrantied only for them to steal the extended warranty because the manufacturer wouldnt warranty it within 3 months of purchase

I then had four months of time wasted trying to get this warrantied through the store, the extended warranty, and then manufacturer warranty (close to 40 emails exchanged with manufacturer before I gave up there)

after very long paper trails of proving negligence, via 40ish emails from the generator manufacturer, they agreed to return it in store.

even though I was not able to use the extended warranty, they still would not refund the extended warranty, despite it getting warrantied under the manufacturer.

I'll never support tractor supply again the way they wasted 4 months of my time and a $100+ extended warranty.

Rebecca was incompetent to the point I had to drive 4 hours, one way, to get it warrantied. I have been down in Texas and she didn't check inventory before asking local managers down in Texas to help.

I called the location she told me to call, only for them to not be able to help, because they didn't have any inverter generators in stock.

She invested all this time to get local managers in Texas to help, but wasn't even competent enough to check inventory to make sure they could help.

Absolutely disgusted with the amount of resources they just wasted over the past 6 months. PS their "on sale" inverter generators are absolute junk. You'll do good to get 3-6 months of intermediate use out of them and this is why those sportsman inverter generators are...

I was looking to purchase a retriever kennel for some exotic birds so I checked the closet store, glenpools availability online and it said two were available. I then called to make sure that was correct and was told yes two were available. When I arrived both available crates were rusted, one was missing a panel and on the other the door was crushed. I was told I could go online order a new crate "site to store" and I would have a brand new crate shipped in regardless of store stock and it would only take a day or two at most. I ordered  this kennel to pryor, two days go by and no pickup email so I check my confirmation email and the order has been cancelled because the pryor store doesn't allow pickup on big items? I  then re ordered to collinsville and was told my order had arrived just a few hours later and was ecstatic so I called the collinsville store and asked if it was ready for pickup and they said yes but it was their display, which was rusted. I explained how i needed a new cage with no rust and was told ordering would get me a new cage and was then told glenpool told me wrong and a new one wont be shipped if one is in stock. So collinsville called skiatook and had them check their cages and one was in decent condition with only a quarter inch of rust on one panel. I was not able to "store swap" my order as these stores are in other districts so my order had to be canceled and repaid for if i were to pickup the other cage. It has been 48 hours now and I have still not been refunded my $400 and the coupon I was using has expired. I was told it would take less than 24 hours...

After shopping at the Glenpool and Broken Arrow Tractor Supply Co stores I have no problem giving 5stars and an easy refer a friend to both stores. The crews were knowledgable as well as friendly were steadily busy but easily had time to assist and help, A mixture I didn't know existed anymore. I was able to find items that I needed and was looking for along with items that were not easily found otherwise. Including various Basic clothing items. I walked out of there with what I went in there for plus several other items including some I forgot I even needed and a couple pairs of jeans for about the same price that i would have paid for a pair of jeans in most other department stores of similar quality. Now for something I truly did not expect and that totally put them over the top is their affiliation with Preventive Vet Clinics. certain days at certain locations but likely to be somewhere near you. And it is a licensed veterinarian been doing what they do for quite some time and they know what they're doing and they are good. You know they are if I trust them with my four-legged friend! And now for my pitch, where else are you going to get stuff for your property and you and walk out of there with a new pet?
