This rating is a result of my 3rd appointment there. The first two were fine, but the 3rd was terrible. Here's my reasoning.

1. Was quoted around 200 for the job. Got charged around 450.
2. They fixed a part that i didnt request and didnt fix the part i was in for. And didnt tell me until i picked the car up
3. A different part broke while they were fixing the one part they wanted to, and didnt fix it. It was an ebrake that is required for inspection. They didnt fix it, didnt offer to fix it, and didnt offer even discounted services. Said my car was too rusty and they cant fix it. My car was a southern car so its still rust free. Another mechanic fixed this for me for 15 bucks.
4. Was told that if my engine goes, i shouldnt bother fixing it. Like i said, my car is rust free and everything works. Its not a beater, just has high miles. It was a rude comment.
5. It was a suspension part they "fixed". I had the same part fixed on the other side of the car 1-2 weeks later for preventative maintenance (since the one side failed). Instead of 450, i was charged 90 bucks by a different mechanic. The other mechanic also fixed the ebrake they broke. I have the receipts and can upload them if necessary to show the difference in price for the same thing.

So the two star rating instead of one star is because a part was fixed. Also because my first two visits were ok. Although some of my coworkers use them and have good experiences, i know of a few others who also wont go back there. I don't know what i did to receive this treatment, but i don't see myself returning. Infact the mechanic that fixed what they broke, and also didnt overcharge me is now my go to mechanic. So there really is a silver lining to...

Genuine, honest, trustworthy garage. Linda went way above the call of duty to help me out. I was a first time customer, took my car there for inspection/emissions. I received an email detailing everything, including brake pad depth and even pictures of any defects that needed attention, including a sample of my transmission fluid that was filthy. At this point it was brought to my attention that I had a bulge in the side wall of my front drivers side tire, preventing the car to pass PA state inspection. The Pirelli tire rated at 85,000 had just been purchased in December from another dealer and had about 8,500 miles on them. Knowing "their stuff" they checked on the manufacturers warranty and had the tire replaced at the pro-rated charge per Pirelli warranty guidelines. I reccomend these guys to anybody, even if you have to travel 2+ hours to get here. Honest, reliable, consistent garage here. They hardly make any money on an inspection service as it is. Dropped my motor home off for inspection. It needs breaks worked on. So far, from what little experience I have, is positive. Everyone was professional and respectful. They gave us a ride home, and the driver was very nice and polite. I will add to this when it's finished. Photos coming.

(Update) We picked up our motorhome, it was worse than we thought, but they did a fantastic job. We went camping over the weekend with no problems. Didn't put many miles on it, but everything worked well. I do recommend this place for any repairs on any vehicle you have.
