We just had a beautiful awning installed and can't wait to use it. It makes a huge difference on a hot day. We got a motorized version that makes the awning super easy to open and close, and there was a great selection of Sunbrella fabrics. Cliff worked with me on the front end to discuss size, design and cost. He was very thorough and stayed on top of the calendar to get our installation done within a reasonable timeline. He even came to work with the installer just to ensure we could get scheduled as soon as possible. The installer, Mark, did an excellent job of getting the awning in place. You can tell they both really care about what they do and stand behind their word. You can probably buy an awning (e.g., on-line) and have it installed for less, but I would be reluctant to do that given the importance of having a quality product and installation, as well as after-sale assistance. If you are in the market for awning then look no further. No need to shop around, you’ve found the company you want to work with. Ben and his entire team were extremely professional, friendly and a breeze to work with. I work for a large church and had some places where I need awning installed to protect the doors, the people from weather coming in and out and provide shade as well. Ben came out immediately and we discussed all my needs and he gave me several suggestions on what I can do and we narrowed it down together. Then gave me a timeline of how it will all be made. I don't normally write reviews, but this company has earned it. From the time we met Ben, the owner, until the job was complete, there was not one issue whatsoever. Everything he said they were going to do, they did, the installation, craftsmanship, and professionalism displayed by all parties involved is/was second to none.
