Bought a pricey maytag washer a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. It doesnt wash very well and constantly either violently shakes or just shuts off. Sticker says it has a 10 year limited warranty but for some reason it cannot be honored? I hate this washer and wish i never bought it. Less than 5 years old and already had to replace the lid latch myself, and had to order it because Tracy's doesnt keep any parts on stock, and glue the glass back into the lid because after being steamy it started to separate from the washer causing even more problems. 700$ wasted and years of frustration and wanting to throw this POS out the front door. The employees are nice but the products dont have warrantys even when they are only a few months old. Buying all new appliances for new home build and wanted to support local shop. What a horrible choice! Ordered in November of 2021 a refrigerator, gas cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, double wall oven, washer and dryer. By June still had no idea when range hood and wall oven would be in, but had everything else. Canceled those and paid everything else off, and ordered wall oven from lowes and hood from internet. Got both within a couple weeks. House finally ready for appliances in August tried to setup delivery and found they never got dishwasher, no idea on delivery, and the washer is broke! What kind of place is this?? Trying to just get our money back completely as this is just a joke now, but of course they can't even figure this out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN ENTERING...

Ordered a microwave and refrigerator on July 24th,2025. After a week we called to check on its status and were told, “next Tuesday for sure”. Next Tuesday comes around so we called again and were told the same thing, “next Tuesday”. This cycle continued week by week until October 28th when we got tired of it and asked to get a refund. We were told that the person who deals with that is unloading a truck and would call us back later that day. That call back didn’t happen until a couple days later. Our refund was finally processed on November 5th. If the appliance you’re looking for isn’t physically in the store, do not purchase from this location.
