Wonderful experience getting a sewing machine for my wife. They have excellent products and are very knowledgeable about them and happy to help a new users become more comfortable. With her new purchase they offer classes twice a month on getting to know the machine. While it's a 40 min drive for us she has taken advantage of that and loves the way they work with new owners and staff.
They have a nice selection of fabric and threads. Everything your quilting heart desires. No matter if you need a everyday sewing machine or a long arm quilter or some where in between they seemed to have it all.

I just finished taking a class here to learn the new Bernina and it was fabulous! Plus they have a wide verity of fabric, notions, and patterns. If I could give them more starts here I would. I always feel welcome and safe to ask questions. Vera even helped me figure out a design from something I saw they had made and hung on the wall.    Read moreI took my Berniina Artista their five times in the past little over a mont. I paid $1000. to get it fixed and still not fixed. I picked it up today and set it up to do writing letters. When you push the E you get an F and then the delete button rarely works. I am so sick of this. I am running out of time and tired of bringing it home and not fixed. He tried to blame it on me but how wrong he is. I am more than capable of using my own machine. So sick of it. I think they used an old board or parts that did not fit for this machiine.
