I need to put my mudflaps on, but didn’t charge me much and I put my wind guards on for me. Need to die really cheap. I really appreciate they’re a great bunch and I appreciate them .

They do good work at reasonable prices, just didn't go very well for me there, they were kind and helped me out by putting in one of their used transmission pans in without charge ofcourse except for transmission fluid and labor. They replaced an axle seal for me aswell, great work there. I brought my truck back to get the gasket done again because I thought it was done wrong or something, as it started leaking again after 2 days, they were amazing and did that for me for free. I went to go pick it up and was leaking way worse. I went in and told them maybe the gasket was done wrong again it's leaking terribly, and they said they knew it wasn't the gasket or the pan, and weren't being very nice about it. Just don't understand why they never told me that if they were to help me get it fixed. The pan was the issue, as I took it to another shop and it was bent and 3 of the bolt holes needed tapped in my transmission. Understandably I probably should have gotten a new pan in the first place, but I don't understand why they weren't very kind about the process, or why they didn't tell me that they new it wasn't the pan that was the issue, although it was. Other than...

I was Extremely Impressed with the Prompt, Courteous, and Professional Service that I received upon my recent visit to the Repair Shop. The service department was extremely busy when I arrived; however, Austin immediately worked my vehicle in. A short time later, Austin informed me that I required a Condenser/ Transmission Cooler to rectify my oil leak. Despite how busy the service department was Austin told me that he could take care of my problem the same day. Clinton completed the job in a Professional and Timely Fashion. Most Importantly, the job was done at a very reasonable price. In addition to that, it was noticed that there were problem bolts in one of my running boards. Austin resolved this safety issue by securing special bolts from a local body shop and he did this as a Courtesy. As someone who has spent more than 40 years working in the Tire and Automotive Service prior to retiring, I was Totally Blown Away by the Exemplary Service that I received. Needless to say, I will be returning to the Repair Shop for All of my service needs. I Guarantee that you will be Totally Satisfied if you...

Didn't even check my oil and said it needed an oil change and was low on oil. When he was asked to pull the dip stick, which showed it was not low on oil, and was indeed fresh oil, he had nothing to say to cover himself. The oil had been changed, and the filter was replaced the day before. They said it needed new rotors on all 4 tires and that they were wearing unevenly. All the rotors were still brand new, save for 1. We took it to another mechanic who did agree that the break pads needed to be changed, but rotors were still brand new, except the one that had a stuck caliper. If you are mechanically inclined, I urge you to double check their work or get a second opinion before shelling out the cash for things that don't need repaired or replaced on your vehicle.

Just as a quick add-on, the guy is also rude and unprofessional when being called out on their lies in the shop. This is also displayed in the responses to the poor reviews they receive online.

I do not have the wrong repair shop. It is The Repair Shop located on 104 in...
