They didn't have weber lighter cubes for grillin', nor did they have the weber charcoal chimney, but of course they were selling the weber "smokey joe premium" grill at quite the little price, really shows you what their priority is all about💰I found a better weber selection at the local drug store in town, that's just shameful. The firestarters I bought there are pretty awful, little stinky sawdust cubes that only last about 5 or 6 minutes, flame is so weak it's absolutely unusable in their charcoal chimney with hardwood lump coal, I had to purchase another brand firestarter from amazon. The chimney I got is mediocre, so extremely slender good luck getting real lump charcoal in there without hammering it into pieces first. At only 15 bucks, I suppose it has enough worth for the price they're charging. I didn't have a great experience but they do have all the necessities, and even though what I bought was sub-par, I can still say it's a decent store for other purposes, just not grillin'. I'm sure they coulda ordered stuff for me but I can't see the benefit of that, I have the internet, I can just order it myself. BBQ fans, go elsewhere unless all you're lookin for is a grill... and to be honest when I did a quick browse, the grill selection was looking...

The managers Wife is very Rude and unprofessional I recorded our conversation..I asked her to please get my check cashed ASAP as I am having issues with my Bank she told me she could take a year to cash it and told me No .So we got into a heated conversation and now I look for a higher up to talk to as they are treating me unfair and not allowing me to shop at Ace. After a year they should have dropped the situation. It was stupid, they are being ridiculous, as she started the fight to begin with. I will wish for new and...

I just wanted to send a message to say most of your staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
