Pleasant Hills is a prototypical blue-collar course. The course provides a challenge, and yet it's not to tough. The staff are always very friendly and helpful - they treat you like family. Read moreWe had fun as it was not very busy for a Wednesday evening in July, however, this has to be one of the worst kept courses I've ever played. Fairways poorly trimmed, weeds in the greens, poorly labeled holes, no sprinklers, it was like hitting off concrete. The water hazard looked like Shrek's swamp to the point I was looking for donkey! Read moreDecent course with nice greens, nice staff however they didn't control pace of play at all. We were stuck behind 2 4-somes who were all together. They were extremely slow, wouldn't let a solo golfer through, and made no effort to play a bit faster. We waited at each tee box for at least 10 minutes making a normal 3 1/2 hour 18 last 5 hours.
