I absolutely love and enjoyed running for this company. The broker was very responsive, everything from pick up to dropping at the receiver was smooth. It is so hard to find brokers who truly values us as carriers. I can say Chris Loveday is by far one the best broker I have worked with. He was very fair and responsive the entire time. I strive to give my brokers great service as a carrier but, it is not often I can say I feel they same treatment from the broker in return. Chris is so pleasant and I am grateful that I got to work with someone like him. When I factored my load, this company was very quick at responding to my factoring company and confirming POD for me to get paid the same day. Booked load with Tom at 830am, told him truck empty 80miles away all good for 1pm pu. He sent email for update 1033am and canceled 7 minutes later because no answer. I answered 1040am and told them that we are all good for pick up and they told okay, sent rate confirmation again. After few minutes they canceled again, now with reason that we have minimal inspections and they had that info in the morning. Meanwhile we drived 40miles to pick up and wasted 3h not looking for loads. They refused to pay TONU. At this market that killing us. Bad company would not...
