Buyer Beware!!!!

My wife ordered me a $100.00 Case knife from this company for Christmas. Knife arrived in time because I did open it Christmas Day. It was a beautiful knife. Then as I started opening and closing it noticed that the action of it wasn't closing correctly. The blade was hitting the slit that the blade rests in when its closed. It was already starting to make a mark and scratch the blade from the 3-4 times I closed it. I asked my wife where she got it so I could exchange it for a properly working knife. She told me here Knife Country. She emailed and Josh Terryah replied back with only an address...that's it no "sorry" no nothing, so she had to respond again asking if this was where she was suppose to send it to???..... What?! You sell us a defective product and WE have to pay to ship it back to you??? It's not like we just changed our mind....it was defective. I am a business owner myself and if ANY of my customers have ever received a defective product from me I would never punish/burden them to make it right.

So when she told me that I tried to call him multiple times and left voice messages asking him to call me back. All while not complaining once on the messages or giving attitude because I figured we could work something out.

Well here we are in February and I have yet to receive a call from Josh or his company. Nice!

Josh just a little tid bit of info, the customer is NOT always right but if you and your company want to sell defective products to people in exchange for their hard earned money you could at least email them a return shipping label so we aren't footing the bill to back YOUR product.

...Or at least give them the decency to a call back...
