Josh is by far the best trainer I've worked with!!! He trains by focusing on the big barbell movements, but he'll get you up to speed and make sure you have the right form before having you go heavy. The gym it'self doesn't appear to be anything special - there's a few barbell racks, a dumbbell rack, a few (3?) machines, a some odds and ends. It's Josh's experience and incredible knowledge of the way the human body moves and which muscles (including all the little stabilizers) are involved in which motions.
Josh develops individualized plans to each person/group based around their specific goals. You're a college athlete trying to up your game? He's got you cover. You want to be a firefighter? A marathon runner? Go into special ops in the military? He's got you covered. If you stick with Josh, show up, and put in the effort to do your best, his training plan for you will get you anywhere you want to go.
We all know that book knowledge isn't enough by itself. Josh is also a super cool guy and seems to be able to train a wide variety of personality types and get along with most everyone. But at the same time, he's a bit no nonsense, but in a good way. He'll chat with you about just about anything as a long as you're also getting you workout done, but if you stop for too long he'll do his best to motivate you to get going again.
