My primary purpose was to go get parts for my tractor and the parts and services staff were courteous and super helpful. The part that they did not have, they placed an order. The parts that were cataloged incorrectly, they offered to research and get back to me. Secondary observations, given this is a pandemic period the absence of masks were glaringly obvious. However, this is a rural, middle of nowhere location with predominantly folks opposed to wearing a mask perhaps. Understandable, maybe. Having said that, what was also obvious was that all necessary precautions were in order, counter separation with plexiglass, disinfectant dispenser, social distancing, and showroom occupancy limits, etc. So, overall I felt safe and certainly won't hesitate to stop by for parts again. Driver never came to my door to make sure he had the right mower. I didn't sign anything and I don't even know if it was him. You call the business to leave a voicemail and when you click the option to leave a voicemail it shuts the call off. If I don't hear back tonight on this I'll be filing a police report for a stolen mower. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company. They did take the mower without knocking on my door and this issue could have been avoided had their driver made that attempt. To let me know he was here for the mower.. he didn't They brought the mower back and will not service this so now because of a incompetent driver where I DIDN'T know who took it in and now am being refused service. I drove there and spoke with Jess. He was eager to help and gave me pricing that beat Bloomingtons prices. We made the deal and they delivered my new mower a few days later, working with my schedule.
