It looks like my previous reviews were deleted from google but since I’m not the only one to have an odd experience, I’ll write it again. I had photos done in January of 2020 with Rebecca. I couldn’t wait, I idolized her I thought her photos were absolute perfection. She made me feel so comfortable during the shoot and worked with my doggo who was hyper and all over the place. However, that’s where the good experience ended. After a month, I reached out about my photos and did not receive a response. This continued with either no response or a “oh they’ll be done soon I’m moving” etc until May of 2020. When I got my photos, they were lovely. However, I did not see in the email that I had free digital downloads, so I accidentally paid an extra $120 to download my favorites. I quickly realized my error and wrote to Rebecca asking for that money back since I’d already spent $250 on a shortened shoot due to her having another client on the same day. She said she would refund me my money minus the processing fee and would do so as soon as the money hit her account…. After several attempts to reach out to check on this lost money, I was ghosted. It’s now 2023 and my 30 minute photo shoot ended up costing me almost $400. So so unprofessional and such a disappointment after all the excitement I had to...

We are so incredibly thankful to have Rebecca and her team as our family photographer, and now friend. They so thoughtfully put in so much care and attention to our appointments; before, during, and after. The outcome is just amazing. Rebecca was able to capture beautiful photos of my very active boys, camera shy husband, and myself with a wonderful artistic touch. Beaux and Arrows is simply the best company to work with hands down! Rebecca, has photographed me in boudoir settings, as well as, family photos. She makes you feel your very best in any scenario. She and her talented team are worth every penny invested in these lasting moments of my life. Rebecca, is now invested in the ups and downs of our lives.
