Sold a customer and neighbor his used Husqvarna riding lawnmower from his market stating that it ran “like new”. After 20 minutes of operating the mower it would no longer drive forward. After repeated attempts to contact him for a resolution he just blocked the chat. We took it to a shop and found out that the transmission is shot. What a shame that a business owner in a rural community would do something like this to a neighbor. I’d expect this type of deal to go south had we bought it from Cleveland but not in our community where most people still value their word and neighbor. Not to mention this was done to my 74 year old father who has limited income....
