Ebenezer Country Store — Local services in Litchfield

New store and building, but experienced owners according to the Litchfield Independent Review article of December 2019. Located on US-12, eastern border of Grove Creek Raceway.

As many others have written, it is very clean, and brightly lit. They carry bulk packed bags or plastic containers of candies, cereals, flour and other baking ingredients, snacks, Harry's Pizza out of Elrosa, MN and more. Deli counter for fresh sandwiches, ice cream. A selection of Iowa made Rada Knives, and poly-furniture for sale on the front porch (one could likely sit a spell to test the rockers).

There are few country stores in Minnesota that I can tell, and searching online for bulk packaged food results in mostly grocery stores or co-ops popping up. So Taylor's is a delight for us to find and close to the Twincities too. We made it a day trip and enjoyed traveling the backroads here.

It reminds me of stores I used to go to when I was a kid. There are several keto-friendly staples that would make a nice one stop shopping trip, where I now have to hit several different stores or shop online to get everything I need. The deli section is decent too. Dairy prices are very good. They also have a LOT of candy. That doesn't do me any good, but if you're looking for a variety of candy or flavored peanut butters, or just something out if the ordinary (including a little home decor and Adirondack furniture) you should check...

Discovered this amazing store on a road trip to Wilmar. They have so many things to look at and choose from. Many home made craft items to purchase and everything from candies, spices, sauces and snacks. They have so much more to list on this post. The prices are very low or competitive and we left the store with many items. The staff are very friendly and the store is kept very neat and clean.
