Over the years I learned that not all detailers are the same, and you often get what you pay for. Val @ Primal is a shining example of what many detailers should strive to be. Always great communication, and the work is breathtaking. Primal has done 6-7 details for me now, and this is the second vehicle I’ve sent to get a full correction and ceramic protection package. When I tell you THE CAR GLOWS! It looks better than it did sitting on the showroom floor. My first coated car that I just traded in has had a Primal coating install for close to 3 years and still performed like it did the first day I got it back. I was actually able to haggle with the dealer a bit to get a higher trade in credit once they saw the condition of the car in person.

Years back before I knew any better I went with a “dealer ceramic” package and now that I’ve experienced a proper quality ceramic install, I’m convinced the dealer didn’t even apply an actual coating to that car. Never again.

I recommend Val to everyone I know. Her small crew at Primal has amazing attention to detail and really takes the time to do everything right. I never have to worry about a rushed job or things missed or overlooked. They have 110% earned my trust and gained a customer for life. Incredible! Valerie is incredibly professional, friendly, and skilled. It was clear to see that she cares so much about her craft and is always looking to do the best job possible. We brought in our vehicle after we just bought it used. It was FULL of dog hair and dander in every nook and cranny. Being allergic, I could hardly get in this thing without an asthma attack. Valerie did such a thorough job—there is not a single trace of any of it. It has been nearly a month and my car still smells so clean and fresh.
