4/28/25: Guess I'm not "the only one that thinks that" in reference to the horrible customer service. I have a cs background and would never let someone this incompetent at basic communication work for me. I will be filing a formal complaint because I'm tired of how disrespectful and rude the office manager Bridjet is. She calls at 7:44 am and wakes me and my baby up to talk over me about my autopsy that never got paid for 2 months. I have been gone 22 days the past month with a family emergency and death, I got an email saying my May bill was ready and the total was double plus some and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out my autopay didn't go through because of their bill payment fee but I wasn't notified at all. Just tacked on a late fee and was sent my next month's bill. I ALWAYS pay my bill by or on the due date. I wasn't rude until Bridjet decided to talk over me, not let me speak and then proceed to tell me I'm rude. I will be seeking a way to file a formal complaint as she sits high in her chair of authority and doesn't think her lack of customer service is a problem. I recorded the conversation and even told her I was leaving because she was acting out of line and no one is going to act that way in front of my baby(baby was looking around with a panicked face bwcausw she never sees that kind of behavior). She had the other girl working there to bring their big doberman out where I could see it, not sure what the point in that was....She made sure to tell me twice "you are the only one that thinks that", these reviews on here and other platforms say my complaint is very known by many in LRA and it's a problem that needs to be fixed. I paid my 2 months of bills in office and declined paying the late fee. By the time I drove half a mile home, she sent a blank email with a subject line "late fee removed". Sorry but that's not good enough! I'm so upset and thank you again for waking up my baby early when we just got home late last night from my aunts funeral.
2 years ago: I see why we have a 1 star rating for this office now. Is what sucks is this is the only option for residents and unfortunately we have to put up with whatever they want to do to our bills.
In the 7 months I've lived here Bridget and the office have never done me wrong. I actually enjoyed paying my water bill to stop by and have a chat with her. I do however love the online bill pay because it is convenient and keeps me from forgetting to pay my bill.
I had a water bill come in with OVER double the usage and they charged me a late fee $25 for LAST month's bill that I already paid 2 weeks ago. I paid my 3/15 bill on 3/17 for the exact amount on the bill but when I got my 4/15 bill yesterday, I noticed I was being charged $25 for paying my bill late. I explained that if they want to charge a late fee 2 days after the bill is due then they need to have it added to the bill when I pay it, not try to bill me the next month. She explained that's not how the software they use works-which is obviously causing issues for them and the customer so maybe they should look into another option. 🤔
I stated that the meter read has to be wrong and I need someone to come out and reread it. There is no way I've used 3100+- monthly for 7 months but last month we used 6600+- there is NO WAY. I told her I was gone for the day at the kids dental appts but I wanted someone to come reread the meter for me while I'm home so I can see the numbers they are looking at.

Read moreIt is rediculus that the water company doesn't have an emergency line. They fail to notify customers of scheduled work which shuts down an entire town for hours. They don't answer their phone nor do they return phone calls. This is a joke today City Hall hasn't been notified of issues by the water company yet customer have called City Hall inorder to get answers and the water company hasn't updated them. Dirty water comming from sinks and filling toilets but we can't get answers. Once again a major fail in communication on their part causing emergency actions...
