I asked of I could pay 10.00 to hold a dress until Friday 10/13/17 I was told yes.. But after I swiped my soon to be husbands card.. I was told... Ohhhhh I sorry I forgot I charge you the whole 30.00.. I replied that's fine I'll take the difference back in cash.. The worker stated no no no I do not know how to give refund... I asked when will someone be here to give refund. She said tomorrow I said OK... Make it back the next day... A young lady says no refund I can give you 15 of the 30...im like no mam I was only trying to hold it til I could bring my daughter today to try it on... No... No.. No etc... Ill give you 15.00 back from 30 bc we get charged for refunds... Me even if it's your worker fault she says yes small business.. Long story short... I will never forget the experience I had shopping for my wedding with Stephanie glee market.. Bad...

Moving to another state, so called to ask if they were interested in buying some furniture. They were a couple of years old and in decent shape/quality (bought from Havarty's and Hank's)...lady on the other end abruptly told me to send pictures. I did this, but no response. Followed up a few days later with a text, but no response. Later I called and after I asked if they were interested they just hung up on me. Disrespectful, un orderly, and ignorant is how I would describe this place. Have certain areas in and outside the store where if you go there, they'll tell you the stuff is not for sale, yet they dont bother to close it off. Prices here are also pretty high. Biggest problem here is some of the stuff has no price, but when you ask them for a price, they tell you to make a offer. For me at least they told me that "We might as well not even discuss it". Unless this place somehow manages to straighten out, they wont be...
