I wouldn’t even give them a one star but you have to in order to leave a review. Twice, we’ve waited for furniture with no date to deliver set. They’d get to it when they got to it and they only deliver once a week. Which is ridiculous since that’s their JOB. Lost my debit card, had to wait for a new one, then updated my payment method. I’ve paid weekly for MONTHS. Since payment was skipped, it automatically went to bi weekly. Which is NO WHERE in papers that it would happen that way. So I called, updated payment method and the man automatically took out $108 instead of $50!!!!!! Very unprofessional he didn’t even confirm amount! He halfway looked at the account!! I told him I NEEDED to make LAST WEEKS PAYMENT & THIS WEEKS PAYMENT! Keyword….WEEKLY!!! Not bi weekly or monthly but WEEKLY! This Aaron’s is a joke.
