Lost Worlds Adventures took the place of Umigo Kart Racing and upon arrival you marvel at how huge the place is. First thoughts are, this place is going to be amazing however it definitely falls short of that expectation. The parking was very limited in the front of the establishment and there are no signs saying extra parking is located around the building. You just have to drive around and figure it out for yourself. Also, that is the same for exiting the establishment. There are no signs saying it is only one way in and you cannot go out the same way, you just have to drive around and figure it out if you didn’t already park in the back. Upon entering Lost Worlds Adventures, there are two kiosks for signing waivers. At the time of visit (1/14/23), one of the kiosks wasn't available. They do offer the ability to do it online before you get there or while waiting, providing a QR code to the website. There are two employees on the left and right and I'm not sure why only one side was for payments. It definitely adds to the back up of the line. The lobby area isn't that big and the crowd that was there at the time of visit, just stood around and you weren't sure if they were standing in line for payment or just hanging out, it was very frustrating. The left side employee, (front counter, I'll call it) who was taking payments was behind a plastic barrier (COVID related), for someone who is hard of hearing as I am, I had a very difficult time hearing the employee. The payment for entrance was a little confusing and I will get in this shortly. For as loud as the place is, and with COVID restrictions being lifted, I don't believe it's necessary to have the barrier up. There are seating areas in other areas of the establishment yet people congregate in the front and there are no signs saying there is more seating in the back. You just have to walk through and figure it out. There were 2 attractions that were not available at the time of visit. The first laser tag room and the bowling attraction. There was a private party in the bowling room and therefore we couldn't play the bowling attraction. They should separate that bowling attraction so others could play instead of it being locked down to just the private party. The rock climbing area and Ninja Warrior course was socks only and to walk around the entire place in just the socks they provide at cost, was very difficult for myself. It hurt my feet walking on the hard concrete floor so I had to put my shoes back on for the rest of the time there. The play area for kids was big and you can lose your children in that thing. The seating area was adequate for waiting parents. There are massage chairs that take money however there is no way to get cash there unless you bring cash with you. They do not offer cashback at the cafe or at the front counter. The prices for food and drink are a little pricey so unless you eat before you stop by expect to pay a premium for pizza and drinks. The choice of foods are typical snacks like nacho's, pretzels, pizza, soda, juice, and water. Much like other places that are similar in fashion. Arcade sections are fun with older games. The games that provide you tickets are also entertaining with the basics like Skee-ball, Hoops (basketball), and the wheel game that spins until it stops on the X amount of tickets. My advice for playing the arcade is don't expect to be able to get decent prizes here as the the typical prize area to redeem your tickets is reserved for purchase only, meaning you can only the prizes with cash. The employee directed us to a little arcade type kiosk and the two categories for prizes were like 1000 tickets and up and the lower prizes were 100 and 200 tickets. There wasn't anything in between from what I remember. We spent 100 tickets for like a plastic ball and had 26 tickets left and could not use those tickets for anything else. There was no little candies to spend the rest of the tickets on, at least I did not see anything at the typical prize ticket redeem area or...

So apparently on the weekends there is no fried food available at Cafe. So pretzels nachos hot dogs and soda only.. Also they tried to tell me they don't do combo deals on the weekend which is nacho and soda $5.99 Pretzels soda $5.99 etc. So they tried charging $5+ for the pretzel by itself when I showed them what they have advertised online the manager had no problem giving the ok to the 5.99 combo but then went and charged next customer full price for the same thing I got which was crazy they make there own prices unless you show them otherwise. There is only one person working so took about 30min just to get a pretzel & hot dog.. no one was enforcing masks policy so everyone was with no mask on including half the staff. Didn't see any sanitized stations nor was anyone coming in and cleaning any areas or items after being used which even chuck e cheese comes around every 15min. To wipe down there games not here... arcade ridiculously expensive for prizes which were dollar tree items so didn't bother with that. Laser tag was great according to the kids and they had games going one right after another so that was nice. Play area for toddlers was not restricted for only toddlers which had me grabbing my son from being trampled on several times qnd me getting into it with other parents for not being considerate to a 2 year old having there 12 yr old running into baby's and throwing things etc. Had my husband switch spots to better protect my son and was told I had to buy another bracelet and socks after giving him my socks cause they were xl to begin with and pulling off band so he could hold that was apparently not ok even tho we both wernt in together with my son still just one person as if I was a kid trying to play we were just trying to supervise son which is required but yet charged to do so.. I did have them open the build a dino station which young man that was at cash register checking in ppl had no problem doing and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and the prices were no bad at all for the smaller dinosaurs it was only $13 including tax which he picked out a heart and added to his dino before stuffing and dressing so that was nice larger ones are 19.95-24.95 so still ok price build a bear is double that so I was surprised that wasn't the case here so that was a nice ending to our ok experience here. Honestly just need more staff and to enforce restricted areas for different age groups as well as enforce mask and sanitizing routine and they would be at least a place I would come to every couple months rather then probably not...

Place is old, dirty, missing components to play area, areas were shut off due to broken equipment, hella expensive, no attendants except at front door. I mean, just to go in with my 3 & 5 year old to their area to make sure they were ok, bc again, no attendants working and busted equipment, I had to pay $20. This place is a joke, and I was so excited to take my littles there. I knew my 3 year old was going to be so excited to see all the dinosaur decor and theme, and I knew my 5 year old would love all the obsticle courses and large slide. Well, they didn't get to do the obstacle course bc most was shut dwn or broken, and they lost interest really fast. The only reason I can it even 2★ was bc we enjoyed racing down the wave slide and letting them play some games. We tried to get them interested in playing putt-putt, but they really didn't wanna play, so my wife and I did, and it was ok. The black out room area with flourescent painting on everything was the coolest part, IMO. We only stayed about 60-90 mins and we were bored and hungry. Also, we only stayed on the outter portion, meaning children's area, arcade area, and putt-putt golf area by the arcade and front door. They also have Laser Tag and an older kid/adult obstacles course in between the arcade area that we did not go to, but my kids were too small, and they had their own designated area. If they put some time and effort into this place Im sure it would be a different experience, but definitely not now. I honestly would rather take them to McDonald's and let them go inside to the Play Place. Unless they have some great changes and advertisements, I don't know how this huge play is going to stay afloat. I would tell people about this place, but NOT recommend it!!!!

-Too Expensive (too much $ for literally only getting to use partially functioning equipment)

Very dirty and old and cold (I have a fan on me at all times, so if I say it was cold, it was cold

So extremely disappointed in all the efforts and time I spent preparing to take my kids that day. Not worth it, and definitely not ever going back unless changes for the better have been made.

Fyi- I would NEVER give a bad/negative rating to any place unless I truly felt it...
