This company is absolutely worthless. To begin with, they were falsely advertising free shipping. As soon as I ordered my furniture, they called me just like they said and confirmed where it was going. They received the furniture and then told me they could not ship it due to the price of shipping ( not my problem if they advertise "free"). Then they had the nerve to blame it on the fact that I could not provide their "finance department" with a legible copy of my driver's license. I'm not sure why a finance department needs my information when the furniture was bought and paid for already. And lastly every time I tried to talk to someone I got a different story about what was going on, apparently no one knows. One of the last guys I talked to, his name started with an "L" I believe, was the rudest most arrogant people I have talked to in a while. I doubt he would have treated me that way if I was standing in his store. I would certainly not recommend this company for anything and if I could go lower than one star I would. Also if you look at their ratings, suspiciously they are all 5 stars, but yet there is no way to rate them on their website. I don't believe that a company that has been in business for over fifty years has a 100% rating. My only hope is that someone who actually cares will find this rating, and maybe they will try...

I have never followed up so many times. The corporate office told me to contact the store. The store told me to contact the corporate office. No one is willing to take any responsibility or initiative to correct the problem. Two of the women I spoke with were quite nasty. One hanging up in my face. They have refused to give me contract infomation of anyone above the district manager to write a letter of complaint. They seem ok with ripping off the customer and not providing a way to file a complaint. I see why there BBB rating is a D-. I have received not 1 but 2 mattresses that were defective. This has been a real nightmare. All I want is a matress for myself and my little one to sleep on thst doesn't pain us. Two hours later and unknown to me, Mancini emailed me asking for āproof of residency, or please visit one of our 50 stores to verify identity:
Utility Bill Bank statement Government-issued ID with your current delivery address As soon as we clear the hold on the account we can schedule delivery.ā This is the type of verification needed for a drivers license. If this was needed, it should have been done at the time of the order.
As a result of the delays, they failed to deliver on time despite taking payment.
I encourage you to find another supplier. I donāt intend to deal...
