Ashley Renee' Bridal — Local services in Livingston

I had a great experience at Ashley Renee during the sale.. HOWEVER, service after the sale (April 26th) has left much to be desired. I chose to order my dress because it was full price to purchase the “off the rack” gown. So, my order was promised to me by mid July. Long story, but the wedding is August 28th and I am the proud owner of the “off the rack” dress that is missing rhinestones and has been tried on repeatedly for FULL PRICE. They told me if I send them my receipt for my dry cleaning, they will cover it. Ummm… thanks? A few extra dollars off of a $820 dress that I clearly didn’t want really shouldn’t be a hardship.

Update: In reference to Ashley Renee’s response below…. I was NOT offered 10% off of my dress until many, many phone calls later, and after this review. Since I was basically being forced to take this dress, as it was now my only option, I just felt that a damaged dress deserved some sort of discount… When I send in my receipt for dry cleaning, and receive my 10% refund, I will gladly update this review. Fair is fair.

Final update: I did not have enough time after alterations to have my dress dry cleaned. However, Ashley Renee still reimbursed me for my after the wedding dry cleaning to be done, and they also gave me my 10% off as promised. I have purchased 2 Bridesmaid dresses from here within the last year. The 1st dress took months longer to come in than they originally said - TBH I am 100% sure that they just didn't order them when they made us all pay. The 2nd dress came in and even though they told me they were ordering the dress in a larger size, I can barely breathe. No I haven't gained weight. Again, they probably just ordered the wrong size dress. My friend ordered her wedding dress after trying it on it is A SIZE TOO SMALL. If she tried on the off the rack dress and it fit fine why would they have ordered a smaller size. NOW, she has the off the rack dress that she originally tried on and they have the BRAND NEW $1600 dress. THEY NEVER OFFERED HER A DISCOUNT & even said that the owners wouldn't agree to pay for it to get cleaned. The place itself is clean and cute. Went there as a bridesmaid to order dresses with the rest of the wedding party. The original visit went fine. Well ultimately they mixed up my name with someone else's (who wasn't even in our party) so they would text and email me when this other girls stuff was ready. I called to tell them they needed to change the names to get our stuff corrected and they seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about, after being put on hold multiple times they said they'd fix it.. few weeks later the bride got a call to say everyones dresses were ready for pick up...
