I went to an appointment with my daughter and the lady she lives with and had a bad experience with my daughters counselors. That counselor was unprofessional and i know my Daughter is not getting the help she needs. As I was sitting there listening to the counselor telling me that my home is unfit for my daughter to live with me. That counselor does not know how my home is run and my home is fit for my daughter to live in. As I was walking out the counselor told me about her aunt T. She said her aunt husband passed away and a few months remarried and every body hates her aunt for remarrying after her husband passed away. She said that in front of me and my daughter. I don’t understand why they want me over there just to badmouth me or put me down to I am nothing. I will no longer want to go into your facility since Nicole will not call me so I can tell her what kind a bad experience I had about your counselor. I felt so uncomfortable being in that counselors office The lady that my daughter lives with she is not fit to have my daughter living under her roof. She text me all the time wanting to throw daughter out of her house then next thing you know she don’t want me talk to daughter. I only agreed to go to the counseling so I can have a better relationship with my daughter not get bombarded that I’m a bad mother. I have never been a bad mother to my daughter I love her took care of her and protect my daughter. She’s the wanna choose to leave my home to go sleep with her boyfriend. My daughter has a whole lot of problems after her dad passed away. I just had a bad experience with your counselor who is...
Read moreWorst place ever! I went here only once. I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I got there early by a half an hour. I walked up to the front desk and just stood there for about 7-10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There was 3 workers behind the desk at the time, and not one of them said a word to me. Finally one of the workers comes over and asks me what I need. I tell her I have an appointment. She hands me the paperwork as if I'm inconveniencing her and turns away. I filled out my new patient paperwork, then turned in my papers and had a seat. They didn't call me back for a whole hour after my appointment time, so 9:30. I see the NP for a few minutes, and she takes me over to another room to do some blood work. When we walked up to the room, I could see that there was a lady in the room by herself talking on the phone, she tells the NP that she'd be with me shortly. I stood outside the room listening to this lady have a personal conversation on her phone for 20 minutes, and then I finally gave up and left. I was already taking time off from work, which means I'm not getting paid, all so that I can listen to some lady have a personal conversation when she could be drawing my blood. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The staff was rude, and they don't care about their patients, just how much money they can siphon off your insurance. They want you to do mental health, obgyn, blood work, etc, all of which they perform there. You're just a dollar sign to them. I will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreI tried using RKM as a primary care provider. I admittedly don’t have a lot of experience regularly going to the doctor but now that I am getting into my 40s my wife has insisted. The 8 or 9 months I have been going here has been terrible. To put it into context, this is the first review I have ever left on here. There’s just no professionalism or communication and to be honest it’s just ignorance. For example, last time I go in for blood work the nurse taking my blood doesn’t tourniquet my arm, stabs the needle and goes back and forth multiple times until it hits. This caused pain and bruising for days. Annoying and compounded with the RKMs standard of never reviewing anything until over 4 days of the results being posted on your patient page and you call in asking what they plan to do. On one of these occasions I get a Rx that they tell me is at one frequency and the instructions on the box were another. When I call on any of these issues I’m given attitude for simply asking questions. Most recently my Rx is two weeks behind because RKM didn’t anticipate increasing the dosage would require additional information be sent in to the insurance company and when they receive the prior authorization they don’t respond for days. This seems like common sense to be and I have never worked in the medical field so I’m guessing it’s common occurrence and preventable. Again, I’ve never done one of these and it’s hard to express the terrible lack of professionalism, communication, and service provided at RKM....
