Dustin was great upfront through the buying process. The second we closed, he won’t return emails and the office won’t return my phone messages. The project manager was supposed to take care of a few things in the walk through and he won’t return any calls either! My bushes are dead in the front, can’t get those replaced because no one will call me back even though they are under warranty. Our carpet needed fixed, they promised they would send someone and that never happened. I originally would have given them 5 stars but with the problems after closing and the complete lack of communication, I’m pretty disappointed. Dustin and Kayla are by far the best people representing Silver Peaks! As soon as you walk into the front doors they greet you with a REAL smile. They make it known that they're happy you're there. They truly made my family and I feel welcomed. Not only do they do an excellent job but they show genuine care. They stood in contact with us constantly and made sure all of our questions were answered. I would recommend them over and over again. They're helping you get your dream home and their excitement for you will have you even more excited. The price for our house was the best price we seen after looking at 15 houses that were no near the quality of this one! And the best part about it is, you build it!
