Very disappointed in my experience here today. Seems like a common trend here recently with the customer service. I pulled into the lot today at 5:00pm, not realizing they close at 5:00. I was on the phone and a woman approached me at my car asking what I wanted and I said sorry I was getting off the phone and coming in to purchase a tree and a few shrubs. She rudely said they were closing. I said ok sorry I will leave, and she couldn’t be happier with my response. Rather disappointing the way I was approached and the inability to politely tell me they were closed and they could help when they are open. I purchased from them for 10+ years and with the common trend of reviews and the way I was spoken to today, I don’t think I will be making the 30 minute drive to this...

Wow! Not even 1 minute in this place and was treated very rudely. Woman asked if I was looking for something specific as I started to explain to her I was looking for something indoors she rudely interrupted me and said “we don’t have indoor plants only outdoors it’s landscaping “ with a rude tone. My fiancé asked if she had a bathroom and she says “ no we go in the plants” then doesn’t say anything else. Not sure what side of the bed she woke up on but very bad for business as we were ready to spend some money here. People like her will get this...

I agree with previous reviews about the customer service aspect. My experience was similar. I visited twice this season. The same female salesperson approached and interrogated me on both occasions. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The second time I did not. She was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I’m not sure why she works there if she doesn't like it. It hurts the business. Otherwise, great plant, shrub and tree selections. High quality products, but terrible customer service. I will not exchange my money...
